Just to prevent any lingering fears anyone may have, I met with the original poster today. Turns out we live a half hour apart.

I ordered 6 steps and he sent them out promptly. Had some usps trouble and they arrived later than expected. I texted him just to let him know why I hadn’t said anything about receiving em yet. He immediately called my and offered to give me some money back in which I declined as it wasn’t his fault. Steps arrived this past Monday and look and function fine. I have talked on the phone a lot with the OP josh and he is a super laid back and cool dude. I’d recommend buying from him.
