Something is up with that. I was there somewhere between November and January.

Huh--- Guess they must not have submitted it for indexing immediately and april 22nd is the first natural crawl by google, or they submitted it then...

C'mon man. I can handle only so many 'secrets' and 'mysteries' LOL
No secrets. Just saying that I had found and seen that about 6 months ago in my quest for information on trophyline.

My goal is to perpetuate the ever strong dream that Trophyline is coming back.....
I am just hoping that i will be able to get what I am missing. A large neoprene un modified in like new shape. i had one and sold it when I picked up the pristine road trips. But now I want another one! Whats better than brand new??

Now if they do make a resurrection ... If they will ditch the webbing tether and bridge, tweak a few small other things, I think we will have a winner on our hands for the TL die hards.

And yet this might all be a pipe dream...but dreams are all we have to hold onto--other than @huck72412 who can sleep in a bed of TL saddles every night.

Oh you mean the the guy who was once called "the Ambassador of all things Trophyline" who has defected? That guy? I think I would have made the same decision as he, so I am not hating on him, but will forever tease him... who knows maybe one day we will meet at the trade shows, he in the Tethrd Tent and me in the TL tent??? @huck72412

This is like my 12th year saddle hunting and for the first time ever I wish I had six asses to fit all these killer new saddles.

Best response yet! I love this! FYI when I lol’d my wife asked me what I was laughing at. I read the response and she says, “Tell Killbilly that he can have three of mine!”

Me too. I think she was referring to me and the dogs as extra asses anyway. I decided to keep my mouth shut after her comment and an honest attempt to tell her that she has a perfect ONE ass.

It's hard not to support your friends! :D
And despite what we say about huck, he is a good friend!

Saddle Hunting, as well at this site, is getting a lot of exposure and sparking a lot of interest on Facebook.

You got to give a lot of credit to @g2outdoors and @flinginairos. It has been a top notch marketing campaign. The videos flinginairos put together generated interest like crazy. So many hunters didn't realize the benefits of saddle hunting and how the predator platform works into the equation. The response has been pretty amazing to say the least. Many had never seen these small pivot platforms used in conjunction with the saddle. They had only been exposed to the Eberhart and his ring of screw in steps. The weight savings is huge. So many positives the last couple months. ALL the saddle companies should see a benefit.

Classic saddle hunter thread derailment in full force....

Everything I have always done has been for the hunters and the people. I have never tried to build my "outdoor" brand. While most people try to get into the outdoor industry, I don't want to be a part of it. I am a typically hunter who offers up my advise and does gear reviews to offer my opinion. Heck look at my youtube videos, I spend more time show the products I'm reviewing or techniques I'm conveying. I have never been in this for face recognition, brand building, or stroke my own self-esteem.

After seeing the knock off job done by two members of this forum. It shows exactly why I don't like the outdoor industry. People will do anything to build their brand/name, they will go as far as to knock off a product. I have no problem with the saddle community growing and new saddles being built, but at least design your own.... its a knock off all the way down to the adjustment strap.

Looks kinda bad that Aero Hunter donated 4 special saddles to Saddlepalloza only to have the event coordinator knock off the kestrel with a guy who openly knocked off the kestrel on the forum....

We spent years working to develop saddles for people just like this, we worked for 3 years to develop the kestrel. It took years to figure out the adjustment strap was the single thing that improved the prototype we had of almost 3 years. They knocked it off in months, they didn't need to go thought years of testing and design because they knocked off a proven product. Our saddle has YEARS of field testing, we have prototypes that have more time in the woods than knock off nations saddle.

I'm disappointed to see members of this form applaud the outright and obvious theft of a company hard work, years of dedication and innovation. Look at the two products and honestly tell me that it's not a knockoff. Remember knock off nation is doing this "for all the right reasons" .

This is my busy time of year at work, so I don't get on here much

Just remember saddle hunters, if you have and idea or a product. Knock off nation is lurking..

Thanks,
Boswell

P.S. Ernie is a good dude, I would share a camp with him any day!
