Any big box store should have them. @onestringer posted a video last week where he used the same tender. He posted pictures of the actual nylon bushings/spacers that he used from Hillman.Where did you find the bushing?

Edit: Found pics - 1 x 1/2 x 3/8 Nylon Spacers H# 880449 and 3/4 x 1/2 x 38 Nylon Spacers (no part # visible).
Try that with a distel hitch and see if there is any difference. I went from the prussik with no tender to a rope man 1 and then back to a prussik with a tender, and now I use a distel hitch with a tender and find that to be the best. Let me know what you think, but I like your thinking on that tender!
