@ckossuth ,
I will never be as good as what you have going on here, but would it be ok if I share what I did. I used some of your ideas and put some of mine togethers with one I have already made as a prototype about three weeks ago, used it for a weekend of testing then came back and working on the second one now should have it mostly done today. But I don't want to jack your thread, want to make sure it is ok with you to post on here since I used some of your ideas on my second one I am wrapping up today. ?

Thanks my friend and I hope you are having a blessed week.
Dale

You can absolutely post your project here!

Ok Sweet, I hope to get it 99% done tonight, been taking me longer than I had thought it would, you would think it is the second one I have made, it would go faster, but nope,. hehehe
I am pretty proud of it, not if it will hold me up in the tree, the last one did, but I think this one will be better looking and still do a good job holding me up. I can tell you from a DYI, stand point, it would have been cheaper at this point to buy one pre made,. I am sure I am coming close to the actual cost of a new one at this point making my own, but I am also having fun, so it all works out I guess. I posted a sneak peak on my FB page, and have tagged the SaddleHunter.com forum, but it is just a single pic of the company brand, so nothing other to see so far.
I will get caught up on it tonight and get some pics before church and hopefully have some posted thanks again my friend for the inspiration, I wish I would have found this first prior to doing the first one, you have laid out some great points in your tutorial on here, so Thank you it was helpful

Thank you very much sir. I see I messed the link up. Not too Savy with all this stuff yet.
I am working on some videos but always running behind plus shooting a lot this time of year to tighten up my groups before season.

Thanks again for the kind words my friend. Much appreciated. I hope you have a blessed evening, and a wonderful week. Happy upcoming season to you as well sir.

Dale.

I am working on mine right now!

I threw together a printable plan for the dimensions that I used and the original called for. I have attached the PDF. Just make sure to print it 1:1 and you will be good to go, you are going to need a decent sized printer though.

I have mocked up the seat and have the webbing, waiting on the 500d and buckles so I can get it knocked out. My trophyline has served me well but its time to upgrade.

I want to get my hands on the plans for the shelter though that looks sweet.

Forgot to attach the 8.5x11 version of the document as well. Just print it out on regular printer paper at 100% and tape the edges together. Its only 8 sheets at this point and the top and the bottom are on separate 4 page sections.

Here are the 32" wide versions as well. After mocking it up it seems like it will be a little bit more comfortable for me with a 38" waist.
