Hunting Rig

When you see me you know!
I will drive it til the wheels fall off. I plan on doing a little work to it next year.
I can’t see paying $70k to drive a truck and do the things I do in my truck. When I dented my truck I was pissed off dent a $70k truck I would vomit.

Sold the f250 couple months ago so it's just the ranger now but it was always the real hunting rig anyways, big truck was mostly for farm stuff. I would really like to have a ford bronco for a stand alone hunting rig!!!

06 Honda Ridgeline here, honestly most people don’t think Honda and truck in the same breath but it’s incredible. It rides like a Cadillac and with the trunk in the bed of the truck it fits tons of stuff. Seats flip completely up in the back of the cab and I can sleep in there no problem on cold trips. Once I add a cap on the back I’m going to experiment with removing the trunk lid in the bed and I should be able to stand almost completely up in the bed of the truck and take a shower mounted to the roof of the cap. It will go anywhere with the AWD and has the 4wd just in case things get really bad. I hate the new models but the old ones like mine are really awesome.

View attachment 4131 I love the tacoma. Gonna add lockers winch an bumpers sliders. Possibly a topper. The trailer is 8.5x5x5.5. Gonna put a couple bunks in it. Add an awning an water for food prep an cleaning up. The t

I loved your rig. I hope to eventually have a trailer rigged out for travel hunting.

I buried it after pulling out an ATV. Needless to say I was stuck. I got a friend with a farm tractor to pull me out.

All depends on where I am hunting. If I can ride an ATV in and park it 1/2 mile from where I am hunting I will use one. If not I walk.

2015 Toyota Corolla Sport. Lol everything fits in the trunk. On that trunk is my son's soccer club. It is the perfect covert vehicle. I can hike back 2 miles with my bow and saddle. I have a tarp and tie down straps for the roof. It has had 2 deer up on the roof last season. There was a game officer waiting for me the one night to check licenses and he thought I may have been a lost hiker. hahaha

It's so beautiful out in your neck of the country. We did a little sight seeing out there but I would have loved to get to hunt when I was out there.

Another Tundra here. 2 Tacoma’s before. Like the others it’s real thirsty. Fortunately my company buys my gas. A few years back I had a 99 full size 4x4 Suburban. Loved that truck, best hunting vehicle I ever had.

I have a 2005 Trail blazer that is 4 wheel drive. It has aroudn 230k miles and is a perfectly functional ride that I absolutely love. If I didn't have it, I don't know what i'd do. The ONLY downfall is having to haul a trailer if you carry anything like an ATV. But, with the luggage racks on top, I have thrown my 17' canoe on top and took it hunting haha.
