Ok, I haven’t gotten my saddle yet. But I am thinking what is going to be the easiest way to tote my sticks. Backpack wise I have a badlands treestand pack but not sure that will do the trick to tote the sticks somewhat comfortable. When stand hunting it’s easy to strap then to the stand. I use 3 muddys with webbing steps added. So any have a better way.
I just did what you said. Very nice pack. Just a littly pricey. I would probably go with the 18. Being I don’t film.Search Mystery Ranch pop up 28 there is a thread on here about them. I finally pulled the trigger on one. They are getting tougher to find.
I need a pack that can neatly and conveniently carry my sticks as well as a plethora of other gear and a lot of warm layers for the winter (bibs, jacket, fleece pants, wool pants). I get a deal on Alps as well as Badlands packs. Looking at 2200, diablo dos, super day as well as others. As of now my helium sticks are standard size.

The super day should be fine. I don’t know about 2200Im lookin at about $155 for the 2200 and $110 for the super day. Will these hang in tree easy or be too big?

I was looking at that pack. It’s light but when you put that on does it pull on your shoulders a lot with no bow/rifle pouch to hold up weight? Also with no waste belt to take the weight of the shoulders. Thanks for posting!I just strapped my platform and sticks to my Badlands Pursuit pack. I don't know if this is the way I will ultimately carry everything, but it is already way better than my summit and the pack!!! I will probably end up swapping the sticks and platform around.

Yea I would swap the sticks to with stand. They will snag on stuff in that direction. Only know because I have carried mine that way before.I just strapped my platform and sticks to my Badlands Pursuit pack. It isn't bad at all, but I'm used to carrying 30+ lbs. It does have a waist strap on it. Just not a big padded one. There are also cinch and chest straps to help hold it close to your body. It's probably not the best pack out there for carrying a lot of weight, but I already had it and seems like it will do a decent job.I was looking at that pack.
