Live from the tree 2017 version

Nothing much to update on. Had a hummingbird check me out which was pretty cool. Saw my friend a red squirrel. Saw deer going in and going out but not while in the tree. Heading out again soon
 
My moultrie mobile camera been sending me pics of a doe on my feeder all morning. Every half hour she comes. Lol but that's my backyard pet deer, so I call her.
Caught this one passing on a trail in back the property. Best one I seen on my place since I got it last year.

Found a spot they were feeding in where I've been jumping deer on my way out this morning. Decided to get back in early and there were 2 bucks under the tree I picked out at 12:40! I'm looking for does though!

I have a video but tapatalk isn't letting me upload. I'll have to look into that later.

Tapatalk hasn't let me upload videos from my phone for months on other sites. If you find out what's going on, let me know so I can pass the info on.

I had a doe come out at 80 yards down wind. She knew something was up, so turned and walked back. Should be getting good this next hour
 
Hunting a proven spot . Tons of wild grapes and some early pin oak acorns. If the wind will lay down it should get good!!!

4 hours this morning in a bad setup and it was great. This afternoon in a better setup I was more uncomfortable. I don't want to put too much in it right now though because I still had to hang from the wrong side of the tree. I think it had a lot to do with my setup.

That being said, it was HUGE that I was easily able to tweak adjustments on the fly. I love the side adjustment straps. By tweaking those and my tether length slightly I was able to keep everything acceptable. I find some trees are just more uncomfortable than others sometimes.

Plus I'm still getting my butt in saddle shape! I don't usually get 10 hours in one day til late October.
 
8 hours in the sit drag today, 10 hours in the woods, saw 8 doe this morning at my 5 o'clock, being a saddle newbie I wasn't able to move and get the shot :( sad face!

Oh I thought this was interesting, first 4 hours with the xop hand climber as a platform not bad, second sit just ameristeps, ugh I don't know how you guys do it!

Got a video of a buck that came a few hours after the ladies smelling everything..... but I can't shoot him til Oct 7th.
