All this talk of shooting pigs... I'm going to have to get into the woods and shoot a few soon. Once it warms up a bit, there's a couple good wallow spots I know of that would make good sits.

Tried to make it work out but work schedule did not let it pan out. Hate missing out on some good hunting and fellowship. Maybe G2 can plan another soon? Hope you guys get into them.

Too bad. I know it's tough to make the stars align for these hunts. Hopefully you can make it next time!
 
Just tied up the last details for me, had to take an experienced hunter's test at the DNR today cuz both they and I lost record of my hunters safety from 16yrs ago. 50 out of 50 :) plus I picked up my new Kimber Hunter 6.5 creedmoor with a Vortex diamondback 3-12X42(half off in the discount cave). Was going to get this for deer/antelope/black bear, but it just seems perfect for pigs, so why not get it now! I think we will be there early Thursday so we can fish a bit, those largemouth on the Ft Stewart Flickr page are hogs. We'll be slaying pigs in the water and on land.
 
G2 I downloaded the map and app. Do I need to pay the 29.95 to enable use of the map?

Oh man you are doing this hunt RIGHT! There are some really big bass here. You're going to have a blast.

Nope. It works on the free version.
 
I don't think I'm going to be able to make it, and it's killing me. Perhaps we can make this annual and I'll be able to go next year. I will be waiting on pins and needles for the pictures and stories.
