Poor man's pacseat

So we are thinking a diy dryad drey mixed with a pac seat and the resulting child of the two out of wedlock is what your aiming for? Spicy. Some poor game warden is gonna stumble on him shake his head and give him 20 dollars out of pity.
With some engineckery it could be fashioned as a backpack with fold out legs with meat shelf/hammock seat. Just have to figure out how to come up with a single leg hub to mount to the pack frame and add carbon legs like on the helinox chair.

Right on! That is good to know. My misunderstanding of the seat material is definitely one of the reasons I've stayed away from the jx3.

Now I need to buy a $400 jx3 instead of a $350 Pacseat.
Just FYI

Pretty sure your seat will be easy to sell for that when your done, he'll some manufacturers might be wrestling over it so they can patent it!

Might have just described this little gem.
If it wasnt for the frame across the front digging into my thighs I'd be whipping up one of these myself....need to find a different frame design.....1648139681751.png
anyone ever tear the plastic off one of these???

Weldabeast and I were just talking about this exact thing. He said a jx3 would be the ticket but when you use a jx3 as a chair, you have to sit on the ground ground and I can't shoot a stickbow with my butt on the dirt. Seems like you'd have to make legs for the jx3 to make it a chair.

The other thing the jx3 doesn't have, or at least I don't think it has, is a hammock-style seat. I have a compressed bone in my back/butt that doesn't allow me to sit on hard surfaces for more than a half hour or so. A hammock is a bit better for me.
I have one you can try out if you want

Oh I never ask permission to piddle, that’s just her response to my constant tinkering
Great so all that is left is to develop your selective hearing. Every so often when she is talking to you, allow a little bit of a pause and then say huh? Dont do this too often early on in the training process or it may be obvious.

Red Beard how about a little DIY?
