The sat images don’t show a whole lot of water from the air, is it mostly wooded swamp? How much land do you think has good water access?

There is a lot of swampy marshy stuff. I only use the rivers for water access. You can see those on the maps. Does that answer your question?

I don't really have any uninsulated knee high rubber boots. Considering doing the uninsulated high top hikers and Kuiu Yukon gaiters.

It will limit where you can hunt.
Maybe pick up some cheapos at Walmart or TSC when you get to Georgia?

Yes.

Also keep in mind, you can be successful stalking or in a tree. Most guys pig hunt by driving & walking. I've killed 3 pigs that way. I've killed just as many from a tree. However, I've had a lot more opportunities from a tree. You may want to be prepared for both tactics.
