Shall we talk shotguns?

Yea not gonna lie I’m not that cool! I use it as a general term. Sorry to disappoint hahaha not even super sure I could tell you the difference…

No disappointment at all. I know a lot of guys that use the words 'randomly'.

Since you're a shotgun guy you need to do yourself a favor and look them 2 sports up!

If you think saddle hunting is expensive... lol

Oh yea you’re right! What a douche I am!

Benelli Super Black Eagle. I held probably 10 to 15 different guns and it was the one that got the fire going the most! Hope i like it!

Held everything from Beretta 686, Browing Citori, Benelli super vinchi, franchi affinity, Franchi slx in 28 gauge, benelli ethos, benelli over and under, beretta a-400. All sweet guns. Held a couple of the cheaper guns like the Cz, and Tristars. I’m sure they are nice but I wanted a gun I loved and I didn’t feel the love for them. Kinda a sucker for the higher end guns. Definitely added a few to the wish list in the next couple years. Also some of the guns j held like the nice over and unders didn’t do what I wanted. I wanted a do it all gun for now. Waterfowl, upland game, shoot some skeet with it too. Wouldn’t dare take a 686 or Citori in the woods to possibly sink like I did my last waterfowl gun even though they both are tanks and I’m sure they could handle it
Super disappointing the clitoris didn't get the nod but maybe one day :tearsofjoy: congrats on the purchase, man!

I bought a machine that throws clay targets if that helps! Not a expensive one tho. So that’s trap right? Skeet is where the clays are like all angles and crazy?

Here she is!

A heads up for anyone who may or may want a Super Black Eagle 3 in 20 gauge. It’s built slightly different than the 12 gauge in the same model. It’s not drilled and tapped like I believe the super black eagle is. I’m also not even sure you can. It’s weird. Maybe someone who knows more about it can clear it up for me.

Oh boy . @phatkaw help this guy out! Lol
All are fun games but I prefer wobble stands and sporting clays. More variety and realistic to hunting shots. All have their place though

Uh, kinda...

You and your buddy should go to the Cardinal Center one of these days. It's not too far from you if I remember correctly where you're from. Actually it might be Blackbird Shooting Facility that's near you?
Either way, that machine you bought can be a heck of a lot of fun to shoot off of!

Any of you 28 gauge guys find 28 gauge shells in bigger shot like 4’s or 5’s? And or use them for pheasants?

Shot the new Benelli 20ga today at 20 and 40.

^^^ That's an absolutely devastating 40 yard pattern!

Ok, was more than 1 shot taken???

Nice gun. For clays hard to beat a Caesar Guirinni or Blaser F3 Vantage. My wife has a Julia that will absolutely crush clays and my F3 points as natural as your finger. She runs factory Caesar chokes in here and I run Pure Gold in all my o/u’s. Both high end guns but built to last forever. Turkeys I’ll use a Stoeger M3000. Carlson choke and it’s a noggin mangler.

If you like high end guns like a Blaser, I like you. I’ve never seen and or held one but they look crazy awesome!

Also gotta throw out some love for black powder shotguns. Killed my first Turkey with one. I’ll never forget that. Could take you to the exact spot too.

I’m fond of quality more so than price. My average went from 75-80 on a round to 90-92 out of 100 sporting. The striker fire system is crisp and adjustable hinge pin tension makes breaking open a new o/u more enjoyable. Still have a lack of focus sometimes and have some get by me. Usually the chip shoots on the 3rd or 4th pair
