As cool as this is ... its torture waiting for the reveal! Besides the team that is putting this out to the world, we are getting to see it before the actual release. Pretty cool overall and nice to hear the trial and error involved to get it to this point. Honestly I am super pumped that Boswell has had so much input as he to me is a saddle hunter through and through. Starting in the TL and evolving into the NT and now being a major player in the creation of the next generation NT saddle ... dang, bring it on.
Anyone need a Medium TL neoprene??? HMU if your looking :)

Easy now gents, I am just another dude who saddle hunts. I just wanted to help spread the word about saddle hunting and do what I could to help. That has just turned into helping design products with input from you guys. It has been a crazy process, I have hunted from prototypes since the release of the Evo. If I had to guess I would say close to 15 prototypes, some minor changes, some major, some very good ones. I would say I have 6-8, Aero hunter has 4-5 and @Sparrowhawk has a few of them. These are prototypes that can't see the light of day! We can't give away all of our secrets. We really wanted to share the experience of development, explaining why we did something and not others. Pointing out some of the very small details that will make it stand out.
Being able to work with Casey over long distance, trying to communicate what needs to be tweaked and done over the phone with no visual aid and having him send me the next prototype with almost always have the exact right adjustments made to it. It is an awesome process, to work with them with their stitching and safety expertise, while I am trying to bring the hunters needs and use into it. It has proved to be an awesome partnership that benefits you guys!!

Thanks,
Boswell

I'm not familiar with the TL as I've never had one, what size waist will a medium fit? How much are we talking here?

I know a lot of prototypes of whatever they are get scrapped. I work for a company that manufacturers forestry equipment. We have some prototype one of a kind equipment in the world and others were hacked apart. The owner of the company bought a military hummer that was cut into pieces and had it put back together. Years later finally found the serial numbers on it and the hummer ended up being a prototype. He was offered 10 times what he paid for it and decided to keep it.

Just ribbing you Boswell. All kidding aside, I am really glad you have taken such an active roll in the saddle development. You are a true advocate for saddle hunters. You are someone to turn to, as is most, if not all on this forum, if I have a question. I feel Boswell is one of those "give you the shirt off his back" type of guys. He personally helped me more than once. I'm glad your here. Keep doing what you're doing. Good job!

That hitch cord is called Tenex and was substituted for the black cord for a short period. We were seeing some inconsistencies that we did not like so we went with the Tenex until it was cleared up. The Tenex is rated over 5,000 lbs. It had a looser weave than we liked but I liked how flat it sat on the rope. I felt like it did not constrict the rope as much. This link will give you more info.

@Boudreaux Whats the eta of the video and preorder option?
We don't want to release the video before they are ready to take preorders. Because no doubt if we released the video before we could take orders one of you over eager yahoo's would call trying to place an order. With that said, we should be ready to take preorders next week, likely the 15th or 16th. I am going to try and convince them to let me release the video this weekend. You guys have been great sports with thismteasing and marketing that I have been doing.

Thanks,
Boswell

Thanks. I just wanted to quit checking this thread every 10 minutes. Never really cared for strip clubs. If I can't have something I don't want to touch it. If I can't touch it I don't care to look much. Needless to say there's a lot of things in this world I try real hard not to look at.
