I can't remember which antibiotic I was prescribed in 2017 for my exposure but I can say it thoroughly kicked my butt. I never puked so many times at the base of trees in my life. . . .3x a day for 14 days

I'll try itY’all really got to get on the shot of vinegar regimen. I started at the beginning of August, and have been in the woods at least 3 days a week the last two weeks. No ticks at all. I do spray my scouting clothes with Permethrin. Pickle juice works too. It’s a game changer. I’ve been doing this for years with successful results.

how about rice vinegar?I take a shot of apple cider vinegar a day. I’ve used pickle juice, white vinegar, and malt vinegar before too. I take it at night before I go to bed, one shot or a big nasty gulp off the bottle. It takes about 2 weeks to work, and you will be tick free, and probably reflux free.

There is a book out there that touts all the health benefits of drinking apple cider but if I remember correctly it stresses drinking a certain kind. I believe it's raw, unfiltered,So what’s this now? You drink a shot of vinegar daily? Red/White or Apple Cider Vinegarwhat kind and what time of day or doesn’t it matter?

unpasteurized, organic.
My niece had the book and take this info with a grain of salt but it claims a PILE of benefits when you drink some every day.
I've tried to stick with it but a shot glass of straight vinegar, for me is like swallowing battery acid. It needs diluted in something.
Google apple cider vinegar and lots of stuff comes up.

it's what in my cupboard and I'm gonna feel like an idiot if I down a shot of this crap for nothing...

https://rynoskin.com/ You might want to try this stuff. I bought some several years ago so I don't know if the newest stuff is woven the same way but the air goes right thru mine. It almost has a "cooling effect" where it's not covered by an outer layer but where there is an outer layer, it seems to be a decent base layer for insulation. Wear a button-down type shirt and when you start getting hot, unbutton the shirt and it almost seems like air conditioning in the front and acts like insulation where the outer layer covers it. Take off the outer layer and it's total body cooling. It will snag on briars so it's not durable for brush-busting. I especially like the Total Hood for warm weather hunting instead of a head net and I also like it as a base layer for under balaclava in color weather. Sometimes I will wear it alone while walking to/from stands and then slip on the balaclava after I cool down in the stand. It's so lightweight and thin that you won't even realize when it's stuffed in your pocket.
Like I said, I'm not sure if they've changed the material, or the weave since I bought mine so YMMV, but it almost reminds me of nylon stocking material.
