What camo do you wear

I use a mix of ASAT, Sitka elevated 2, realtree, and military BDU’s (both digital and old school army)

I have used real tree and digital bdu’s in the past and will be wearing o2 ozone and scent loc vertigo grey this season.

I would give up hunting........ at least for the weekend

In my 20's I was a bit, we'll say vulnerable to skipping a rainy morning in the stand to "sleep in". Now I am 30 so I'm old, I figured those days were over l, but if the horse still runs you gotta loosen the reigns. Ah what a privelege to choose between the best things in life!

Spray paint for early season. It’s cool, lasts several weeks and the bugs don’t like it.

Anybody had their hands on the Sitka esw series yet?

I have all the sitka esw and whitetail line in elevated 2 camo. By far the biggest game changer for me. It all wears wonderfully and the camo is really durable as im in the northeast and hunt everywhere from swamps, fields, hardwoods, etc. Sitka makes excellent clothing however the price tag is steep. To each his own on that but i will say their polygiene really works to eliminate odors at least by my nose. The esw new stuff they launched is for those hot days only.

Thanks , I just ordered the esw pants and shirt. I’m in the northeast as well and was planning on wearing it until mid November when the leaves drop. I have scent lok brown deception for the colder months. I figure I can build my pieces through the years. Honestly it doesn’t get cold here till late December it seems. I was just tired of buying Camo that fits baggy. It’s seems the cuts and sizes are so far off. I was hoping the Sitka stuff is fits better. Just opening the boxes now .
Thanks again

Scentlok or Scentblocker for most of my layers. I utilize the John Eberhart train of thought on scent control. Camo patterns don't really matter to me as I believe hiding your scent is "camo" to deer and the patterns are for human eye sight. As the saying goes you "buy with your eyes"

Not real happy with most of the camo out there! most of it is made from polyester and shines in the daylight, guys I know that were in the military told me that camo doesn't work unless you are in the shadows. Just take your stuff out in your yard at 2PM and look at how much it shines! that is why the 3D camo is working! another thing I don't like is black in my camo, if you have to move, which we do to shoot, it really sticks out. I have been using fleece and wool witch seem to reflect light alot less.

I have browning hydro fleece coveralls, bibs and a jacket in mossy oak tree stand I’ve been wearing since ‘92. Love them, but if it isn’t cold enough for them here then the chances of me having on any two items in matching camo are pretty much nonexistent.

I only wear first lite. Great wool, solid construction, comfortable, lots of vents and zippers for venting on the hike in, lovely camo.
