Yup I wrapped it twice. Jims stepp knots works at the other point.
No problem Ernie. Even thinking of ordering a second platform Others have broke them. It broke after I was standing on it after it was already cammed down. I love the platform. I really appreciate your effort Ernie and that you shipped it to Canada. It is a great platform and I love using it . I do have to add the steel spacer in January so that the bolt holding the seat does not get bigger.

Just put a couple together. Should there be a little play between the platform and the post, or did I just not tighten them enough? I just had a adjustable wrench on one side and ratchet on the other. I'd probably need a ratchet on both sides to make it tighter.

Big thanks to Ernie for being the man. I PM'd him with a couple questions, and he shot me his number and we chatted on the phone for a bit. He couldn't have been more helpful and I'm stoked to try his product.

On mine, I was able to tighten it down enough to have just the slightest friction.

Ok guys I got this xop kit and all the required parts from xop. I got it all together. I can't figure out this whoopee sling thing. I can't get the cam over action that locks platform to tree. I am thinking about adding a racket strap to it somehow and getting rid of Whoopi slung. Any thoughts?
