What did you buy today?

Got my bow back from the shop after missing it for 2 weeks. Got it restrung, and a Spot Hogg Tommy Hogg installed. Hoping to get it sighted in this weekend.
What strings did you go with? Or does your shop make their own?

Just bought a 380lb domestic hog for two families. This sucker was about 3-3 1/2' tall and about 6' long. It was huge. Killed it at 11:30, had it gutted, skinned and quartered in my coolers by 1:15. Got it home and processed it for the families (sans the grinding for the sausage) and in the freezer by 11:00 pm with a short break for dinner. This thing dressed just at 280lbs and and almost fills my huge chest freezer. I'll tell you, my feet are whinning...

I bought a beretta a400 xtreme plus 12 gauge and some duck shells to start patterning iy

I don't know much about it....I seen replacement brushes 4 it and they are 3 separate pieces. They claim the v improve accuracy....I bought it because I like the aluminum construction and with preorder sale it was less than the standard "pro" whisker buiscuit. The new design looks like it can take more abuse without damage....I take care of my stuff but accidents happen and the beefier design maybe better piece of mind. The main reason was the price to be totally honest

Those are the best sharpeners ever!! I have 2 and gave every family member one for Christmas last year. Our shooting and fishing teams sell Rada at the school. Haven’t used it on broadheads.. thanks for the tip.

I'm not sure about expandable BHs, but I've read a lot of good reviews on people who use them to sharpen their fixed blade BHs

Doesn't that just smooth the edge some? I thought you could use those for a touch up but then you need to use stones and strips for a serious sharpening. I am far from an expert though.

from what ive been reading and reviews ive seen, if you have a real bad blade, you just use more pressure to grind it out

Been focusing on flashlights lately. Got 2 Fenixs (super bright headlamp and a super bright handheld) and a Petzl Zipka as a backup I keep in my pocket. Also bought some protected rechargeable lithium batteries and some rechargeable AA and AAA.

Order a 5 pack of Wild Edge Stepps. I plan on using 3 of them under my Helium sticks to get a bit higher and 2 more on either side of my Artisan platform to get a little more space. That's the plan anyway, we'll see how it works out!

Also ordered a Kifaru field quiver for shooting 3D
