So in keeping with the therapeutic benefits of the “no shame thread” I thought I’d offer up the same but with a twist. I know some of you really enjoy various creamers and fru fru coffees whilst wearing your skinny cut camo, or black, hunting attire. Heck there may even be some tea drinkers that need a place to confess without any judgement or ridicule. You may even be a traditional black coffee purist who sees his favorite beverage and his favorite pump mossberg shotgun in the same light (keep it simple). Well here’s your place to share your misgivings, transgressions, and coffee fouls without shame. And maybe share your favorite blend while you’re at it!

I’ll go first. I enjoy a fresh ground bold coffee brewed in a French press, I have two. I use no creamer, especially pumpkin spice. I had a nitro infused cold coffee this summer and I liked it. I have two Bunn coffee makers, I don’t know why, I suppose one is a spare.

I don't drink coffee during deer season.

But in addition to his&her coffee machines in the kitchen, we unapologetically have an espresso machine in the bedroom.
:tearsofjoy:

I do have to admit, that since I’ve been losing weight, I enjoy Skinny Girl syrups. All except the glazed donuts syrup and it’s pretty nasty.

Big whole bean from either black rifle or dark timber, grind it every morning and make it in a French press black.

In the event I ever run out, I’ll steal some K-cups from the wife and have those with creamer otherwise they taste terrible.

I went from being happy with wafflehouse coffee to not settling for anything less than a burr-ground, precisely-measured pour over every morning...why? My girlfriend was a barista at a nice coffee shop back in the day and completely ruined me with good coffee.

+1 for the pour over

Great Value brand hazelnut, black, brewed by the cup in the Keurig. 2 cups a morning.
(Maybe a little bourbon on a family-free Saturday )

Decades ago the only way I could drink coffee was with a ton of sugar in it and creamer, or a flavored creamer. Or gas station cappuccino. Now those things are far too sweet...I just like the light hazelnut flavor, now.

I make a proper latte for my wife and me each and every morning. (Great way to get brownie points, by the way.) Hers is just espresso and steamed milk. Mine is those plus one pump of vanilla syrup and three pumps of caramel syrup. I still love a regular cup of joe either black or with a splash of milk/cream, but treating myself to a homemade latte every morning is a great way to start the day.

Most of the time I’ll drink it black and will have 3-4 cups a day at the office. It’s some kind of Folgers.

That being said, I use the espresso machine / milk frother I bought my girlfriend 2-3 times a week.
Cinnamon sugar and honey would probably taste really good in there. Probably. . . Not like I would know from putting an excessive amount in every time I use it. . .

I put a little cinnamon and nutmeg in my Bunn filter from time to time.
