I have yet to use juniper berries honestly. Not sure how it is with them.

A pint of canned venison, greens and shredded beets/carrots from the garden and a poached egg in some ramen. Threw out the spice packet and used the juice from the meat, some oyster sauce, and fried ginger and garlic for a better broth.
Loins and onions. I marinade all the meat in dales for 12 hrs before hand. I don't wanna hear about how dare I eat loin with seasoning on it. I won't even eat yagyu beef without peppers and a1 
Venison Cheeseburger Soup topped with a little yellow mustard and some chopped dill pickles. Would have been better with a Hawaiian roll but I made cornbread.
Tonight we feasted on fresh tenderloins. The morning after the harvest I put the loins in a mason jar with marinade. 36 hours later I pan seared them and finished them in the oven. I sliced them thin and made fajitas / tacos. They were heavenly.
Back strap over a bed of lettuce, spinach, sweet peppers, French fried onions, and a couple hard boiled eggs with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Buck strap, seasoned with Larwys cooked in butter with onions on the cast iron. Quick delicious meal after a long day.

Veni cheddar burgers with caul lace! Oh my goodness!!!
I could not believe how much that caul fat improved the veni burgers. The burgers were 100% venison with cheddar cheese, no pork or beef fat. I did not expect it to be that good.

Wife has gallstones so she is on a strict lean meat and veggies/fruits diet till they take her gallbladder out.
