Custom Gear Modifications Side Pouch

Way to expensive to do it all at once but I’ve pieced together the MG system over the last couple of years for upland, turkey, predator, deer and scouting/camera work but MG didnt have large enough side pouches beyond the shotgun shell ones and they aren’t big enough for these other load outs for me. I can then move these from this system and onto my saddle and bow spider system in the fall. Kind of copying some of the multiple load outs inspired by what @bowhunthard88 and @BTaylor and @Chrighton have put together that is just as modular, but maybe not as light overall as some of their early season rigs. However I can hunt turkeys and coyotes with the MG Upland bag and also carry extra layers, cushions etc and the critters if needed. Those big pouches will do a lot of the heavy lifting of carrying my gear whatever application and can be moved to different pieces. So no backpack either.

Looks sweet! A lot of folks don't realize that there is a spine pocket as well. Great for a folding saw, grunt tube, HPE...all sorts of stuff.

Yes indeedy!! I noticed that pocket too very cool. Would work for a flashlight, pot call striker, F4 device, knife, love it!

Went out to do some scouting, turkey listening and shed hunting this am and move my cell cams around more for turkey now. Wore the CGM bags out on my turkey rig to see how everything worked out. Liking them so far a lot!! I figured this was the best way to show you how they “ride” on the MG rig was some pics of me wearing it. Killed two birds with one stone moving cell cams around and modeling my old Butt for you dudes!! The best part with this system is it’s still back off of the front of you can belly crawl if you need too and they will certainly not be in the way of your bridge when mounted to a saddle. Everything is still easy to access though too.

I ordered a large and standard size yesterday. Looking forward to trying them out!

Got mine today. Haven't loaded them up yet but the construction and design of these things is out of this world. They look and feel like something you would pay much much more money for. Add that in to the customization options and awesome customer support, he could easily charge twice what he does for these and they would be worth every penny.

Awesome aren’t they?

You think a standard would hold rappel rope?

Depends on what rappel rope you're using. I ended up getting another standard size pouch and it holds my 8mm predator rappel rope, but I don't think the bigger canyon elite will fit in it. I've not tried though.

How’s the bulk on these?

Thinking of swapping roll pouch for large pouch to hold rappel rope, pull down rope, madrock, etc

I believe I have the XL ones and they hold 30ft. of Canyon CIV with no problem. I'll post up a pic when I get home from work.

I said I’d post a pic of my load out with these for early season and yes they hold a lot. Here’s with 30’ of Canyon C-IV and a GriGri+ and my regular 11mm tethers in there too. It’s packed up pretty well with not much room left but that’s a lot to ask of these.
