    I had the same issue. The best thing to do is to call them. Be prepared to wait for ~30 minutes and spend a total of 60 minutes on the phone. However, they will send you replacements free of charge. They did for me. Shipping only took 2 days.

    There is a high likelihood that the arrows are the culprit. Some wear from contact with rail is normal on these faster crossbows. I'd recommend buying some arrows that are .003 of straightness or better. You can also go with custom bolts, which I'd recommend you check out Burkholder archery...
