https://anchor.fm/lethalpodcast/episodes/Ep--063---Bill-Vanderheyden---The-Physics-of-Arrow-Penetration-efj40g I think this is the podcast where he relates some conversations with Ashby, who apparently has changed his mind a bit due to modern fast compounds. Bill feels that it is a continuem...

    What would you buy?

Pretty much just did this, Just bought a Bear Wild single cam bow, trophy ridge drop away vertical rest, Tru fire patriot release, and a 3 pin rheostat iluminated sight. The bow was a good deal, new, and when I add peep, D loop material, I am right around 300. Then I get to new shafts since at...

    Suggestions for Ebike groups

Shimano makes the nexave silent clutch but I believe it is cassette only so your hub motor would have to be cassette compatible. I have a rear hub with this on it waiting to get installed on one of my bike builds. It is absolutely silent compared to a normal freewheel/cassette.

Who Did Not Snort the Fairy Dust? And Why?

KE is only part of the story, momentum is the other probably more important issue for penetration. DIY sportsman tested with his rig and never got to a weight that reversed the momentum. One of the hosts of The lethal podcast shoots arrows over 1000 grains for everything.

    Heavy arrow build

I would agree with that 100%. But most charts don't cover really heavy heads and inserts. With the real heavy stuff you're kinda on your own. If you can buy single shafts or test packs to play with it helps.
