2024 Sheds and Deads

Old one. Worst shed season ever for me

As it laid

And unburied. Basically had been chewed to be flat with the ground

My son found his first shed today. A good one lol. He was stoked! Kept him engaged by tossing his football around while in open areas.
Not sure why my photos are always rotated from my phone

That is a good one. I’ve told my 14 yr old I’ll give him $20 for the first shed he finds. I don’t do a lot of shed hunting so he still hasn’t found one. Gives him a little extra incentive to go with me. He’s getting to the age where hanging out with dad isn’t cool anymore and I’m not above bribing him.

Found one of my target bucks shed today. Super excited to get this one. I have his matched set somewhere from a couple of years ago.

Beauty. Got it b4 any mouse chews.

That looks like western md terrain but I'm guessing southern md. I'm not fishin for counties or anything just observing. That's a hell of a buck wherever he is

East Side. Years of running cams in the same area and yet he's never been seen before. Lots of 140"+ deer roaming those swamps though. Better have tall boots and patience.

But I've seen a 160 and a 180 taken from the same place.

I believe it. The best area to find bucks that big in MD is eastern shore but that looked like mountains in the pic with the moss everywhere i guess. Eastern shore makes more sense. ive hunted swamps there for deer and turkeys. It definitely takes a lot of patience...and a thermacell
