    LWCG stand setups

I thought this may help someone with a stand or large platform. When I am ready to hang my stand, I install my gear strap. The strap has 3 hooks, one for my pack, coat and HC mini. I use the mini hook to assist with hanging my stand. Pic 1, hang stand, remove pack, remove coat and hang. Pic 2...

    Trophyline Hyperlite Series!!!

I went out tgis morning and tried the USA standard again on my Shikars. I think the castration band was slid too close to the knot not allowing me to loosen the knot. Since the knot was too tight I could not get the Amsteel tight. Move the band a little, loosen the knot and the USA worked...

    Trophyline Hyperlite Series!!!

Yes, same as the Hang Free that I tried. Daisy's on the sticks and a cam buckle on the .75 works better for me, your results may be different.

Standard on the sticks, pro on the .75.

    Trophyline Hyperlite Series!!!

I have been out climbing for the past 2 weeks trying different sticks and attachment methods. I tried the USA attachment and I am not a big fan. The one thing I question is the stand off on these sticks does not look sharp. Looks like a LW but does not rotate. Not sure how well they will work on...

    2024 Off-Season Getting/Staying In Shape Motivation Thread

Hamstrings, Ya. At my age stretching is very important. I have gout in the feet, or just old arthritis, stretching my hamstrings helps my feet alot. Too many old parts that also need stretching! Edit: Trying to loose some weight, so far about 10lbs, need to drop 15 more if I want to climb this...

    Turkey pacseat for deer hunting?

I like the regular one. Sometimes I have to stand up quick and move a little for a shot. But I can see being lower to the ground can help with being concealed.

At what distance do your kill your deer?

Thanks for posting. I guess I don't need a bow that shoots at 400fps for a 20 yard shot???

    Lightweight Climbing Sticks Selection Confusion

I have to reduce some weight. My sticks weighed 7lbs 12oz last year. I am going with 2 Shikars with aiders and 4 steps. Gets me 11 steps to my platform or about 14 feet. Total weight is 5lbs. If I need to get higher I will pack 2 more steps.

The EWO ultralight stand offs are not recommended for hunters over 250. I put LW standoffs on my EWO tubes.

They are wanting you to sign up for the rewards program. I signed up for the free shipping. I going to pass on the Hyperlite sticks. The 3.4" stand off won't work well for me.
