    NuCanoe Flint Thoughts

I have a 12-foot petal drive perception kayak. I have many small boats, and this one is my favorite by far. The Nucanoe with petal drive would be a great especially with a small child.

    Seated Comfort

I use the blow-up sit pads. Strap to the tree let a little air out to form around your knees.

In need of a little advice.

I am new to the longbow. Started with 45lbs 28" draw ,200gr point 100 grains insert. Tested 600, 500, 400 spines. The 400 flew like a dart. I learned to never assume anything. Don't know why but the Black Eagles I am shooting tend to be weaker spine than the other brands. Check out Robert...

Options. Purchasing a small piece of property where?

I own several small tracts that I hunt. Also have had all the problems listed above. Big problem here is meth and homeless people. Not unusual to find a camp spring up overnight. You also could find a place on one of the lakes or resorts. Rent it out to help pay for it and use it when you want...

    Giving it another try

I am sure there are some saddles out there that will give you the comfort that you seek. For me it was the Dryad hammock saddle, no hip pinch, great back support, lightweight.

    Ate Some Crow

I know your pain. I myself have spent a ton of money, on fishing and hunting stuff the rest I just wasted. Have you ever tried a Dray? One of the best saddles for your back. It would pair well with your lock-on's stands also.

Would you climb with your tether looking like this?

College, Car, and Home Costs for Our Kids

Money just does not buy what it used to 20 or 30 years ago. Back in the 60s it was rare for the wife to work outside the home. Now the wife has to work just to stay afloat. I really see it getting a lot worse to be honest. Doing more with less will be the key.

    Jeff Barron took a fall.

Accidents can and do happen. But when you take unnecessary risks without taking advantage of the safety equipment that is available today is insane.

    Gonna try one sticking

I am old as dirt still one stick and rappel. Try to shorten your steps. Make small moves up the tree. Should not be a problem just go slow. You should not be in any strain or pain while one sticking if you do, try to correct. Good luck
