Scentlok or Sitka or First Lite?

Had First Lite stuff all last year. Didn't hold up well at all. Had lots of issues from bad zippers to peeling, etc. Given the price I was extremely disappointed. Sold it all and bought Sitka again. I'd had a few pieces previously but never fully bought in on a full system due to price. Lovin it...

Help me fix the knee to tree pain.

Used the knee pads from Tethrd all last year. Worked great. Never had any issues and I have some pretty jacked up knees so that's saying something.

    Tethrd Skeletor Sticks

Swap was pretty easy for me. I got the new bolt started, then clamped the DynaLoc button in a vise (lightly, just enough for tension). Then used a ratchet to lock it down. Easier to hold the stick itself in place than the button. Had the whole set swapped out in about 10 mins. Also, the longer...

    Skeletor Dynalock bolts

Say what you will about the Tethrd guys but, they just shipped me 4 bolts and washers for my Skeletors unprompted. Apparently they were a bit worried about the bolt length that secures the DynaLoc button. Kinda cool they are being proactive. And before anyone mentions the standoffs bending...

Thanks but 12 is a just a bit too long for me. Would preclude me from using it in certain events with my weights and QD. I'd be over the limit. 10" is as long as I can go.

What did you do today that’s related to saddle hunting?

Fletched out a new dozen Pierce Platinums with a 4 degree right helical. Also ordered some wraps for another set. Starting to think I may go wraps on everything going forward. So easy to peel em off and re-fletch and I like to re-fletch even more often than I should. Relaxing.

    Sitka Stratus Pants-closed

Bump for a good setup. If I didn't own a set I'd buy em. That jacket is crazy thin but unbelievably warm. Love it

Works out fine. They are suspenders, they are gonna get twisted on occasion but it isn’t some crazy knot, lil shake and back to good. I’ve had no real complaints goin this route. The Tethrd suspenders are a bit better and are back in stock.

For me it’s about the walk in with loaded pouches. Also, just getting the thing on with loaded pouches is made easier with suspenders

    Tethrd Skeletors

https://www.innovatingtheoutdoors.com/product-page/tethrd-skeletors-saddle-aid I typically use shock cord for sticks but the standoffs on the Skeletors shredded it pretty quickly. These work well.

Ideas to silence the Tethrd Skeletors.

Here is a shot of the difference between the stick where I stripped the hardware and the one where I only removed the button and used 16 3/4" of material per side. Obviously the second option was much easier and took about a third of the time. Top stick is hardware removal and bottom is the easy...
