I've been slimming gear down on my end and getting rid of stuff, but after selling a Kifaru Muskeg and an EMR2, I now have a Shape Charge and a Rogan / Battle Belt combo on the way. Be careful of those cradles. If you use one - make sure you test with food powder, lipstick, or whatever to make sure you don't get fletching contact. It's not an issue if your arrow is high enough, but you need to test to make sure. I've had bows where I tuned the bow with the arrow lower...- Brendan

I ignore it because I have the full containment Hamskea. I do coat my shelf with moleskin or felt to keep it quiet. I don't use any of the arrow holders on the rest, If I did I would be very careful to test and make sure there's no fletching contact. Refuse to use a QAD or a ripcord as I've...- Brendan

Best Lighted Nocks
.166 arrows - lighted nocks don't work. You get nock flex, and I have literally had several explode from different manufacturers on the very first shot out of my bow. Shall we talk shotguns?
I bought a "Nice" O/U. Beretta 686 Onyx Field, with NICE wood from Cole. Problem is, I've realized it doesn't fit me quite right, shoot my A400 that gets beat to S**t better because of it. I think I'm at the point I'm going to sell the 686. Moral of the story - find something that fits...- Brendan

I like some of Kuiu's gear and own a bunch, but the problem is Kuiu isn't remotely in the same quality ballpark as Kifaru when it comes to packs. Much more of an off-shore mass made pack. Kifaru Duplex Lite vs Duplex Tactical?
Compression straps will hold 4 sticks to the side of pretty much any Kifaru frame pack very easily. With my 22 mag I put sticks on one side, platform on the back, and just used two straps. Never put anything between bag and frame. I think I've said it before in this thread, but 22 Mag worked...- Brendan
