I saw that on Strava! nice work! group track workouts gave me huge gains.Did my first track workout in forever (decades?) tonight. Tried to channel my inner @GreginPA but not sure if I did, messed up my watch a bunch but oh well. Decent workout, will keep going back to club workouts on nights my schedule allows 5x1k with 2 min/200 m rest, dynamic warmup and mile jog cool down
Last night I was at my track club and had to watch my crew do a workout while I ran easy to recover, not a fan of that. But I'm excited that my soreness from the race has mostly faded. Going to do 5M easy today to verify and then hoping to get back to my regular schedule!
