They have a weight rating of 300 on the Mantis this is on the Tethrd website. I do not expect the rating to change. I would think for liability and insurance purposes they need to have their ducks in a row. Hence the 3rd party testing. You cannot release a product like these without the testing and insurance in place.

All the third part testing is just CYA. We engineered the Mantis to be super strong and we know it's strong enough for anything we can throw at it. However, we can't deliver an item intended as life support and not do EVERYTHING IN OUR POWER to make sure it's safe and strong.

That said testing is complete :)

I really hope both @g2outdoors and @Erniepower both get some rest after this is all said and complete. This has to have interfered with both your lives especially with all the crazy inquires day in and day out. You guys should be commended for all your efforts and I truly hope ya’ll get to spend some time with your families. Thank you both for your commitment to making saddle hunting better imho, taking the time and effort to provide a new standard in customer service and interaction. I look forward to hearing the report and to be honest its the weekend go have some fun!!

@beenhunting you'll be receiving 3 Wild Country Ascent Lite Carabiners with your order. The Tether INCLUDES 1 Carabiner and the Lineman Belt INCLUDES 2 carabiners. We need to update the pictures of the ropes & carabiners now that we have them in stock.

Is there enough stock to cover all current orders or are some of us later order going to have to wait for resupply?
 
Another distraction guys. Fishing was off at Hatteras Point this week. All the rain they had really messed with it.

We ended catching a bunch of whiting (you southerners call them sea mullet)which I will smoke for dinner tomorrow.
