Areohunter is an awesome company. They definitely take care of their customers. I bought the Kestrel as soon as they were available years ago. They were over run with orders and I talked with Debi and said I would like to have it before my season started. I told her it didn't matter if I got it a day before the season because I have been saddle hunting for along time and I just needed a little time to get adjusted to the Kestrel. Well I received it two days before are season opener. Just to have a company go above and beyond to help me out is amazing. Can't say enough good things about them.

They did the same thing for me I ordered mine the very first day they were available in 2019. I had a Kestrel so I used that . My Flex was brand new and they took it back no problem. I already got my new Flex back and I really like the new material.So after taking the time to read this entire thread I contacted AeroHunter via email last evening and Debbie emailed me first thing this morning and they are arranging for a pick up and complete replacement of my Flex. Now, what is especially honorable is that these folks asked me no questions whatsoever, didn't ask for pictures for proof or anything. I did explain that my Flex is essentially brand new as I just took it out of the box when I first got it in September 2019 and never used it yet for a several reasons. Mine has a build date of 9/4/2019 and has the black rubberized interior coating but again, this saddle is brand new, unused, the coating isn't worn at all and they are replacing it for free. That is top notch customer service folks!!! Top notch. Thank you AeroHunter!!!!

Another happy customer who had an original Flex. I contacted Debbie and sent in my saddler around the beginning of May. Just got my new flex back. Very solid. Debbie was great with excellent communication the entire time they addressed my issue. It's that kind of customer service with the vendor standing behind its product that makes loyal customers.
Exactly like the one I got back. I agree, it's a cordura-like fabric inside. Likely makes it a little heavier, I could care less. After wearing it around my house all day yesterday, it seems like the flex "flap" holds closed better than the older version.Got my replacement today. Shipped USPS Priority 2 day. Unbelievably incredible customer service!!! They've made me a customer for life! Here's a pic of the material. Looks like a cordura nylon. Not great with fabrics so I could be wrong. Let me know if anyone wants more pics of the fabric or other pieces and parts.
Mine is expected around 12th also. Not a replacement. New order. Happy to hear all the positive feed back. Can't wait to check out broadside camo!!I’m currently waiting on mine to be sent back. Per Debbie it should be on it ways sometime around June 12th. I’ve been very impressed with her communication with the whole return process. Aside from having to swap it out glad I went with a AH product as their CS has been superb.
