Alternative way to hang.

Neck feels good. I don’t feel anything in my arms or legs now either.

I hang with my arms from a pull up bar when my back hurts and the traction helps.

I did some physical therapy on my neck awhile back, traction machine is where it is. After all said and done I was atleast an inch taller ( no joke) and felt great! I haven't pulled the trigger yet but they make home units for a few hundred, I'm really considering it
 
So, do you think this "traction machine" would work on other muscles? Asking for a friend.

The wraps worked to give mechanical advantage. To little wrap would decapitate, to many they die of strangulation....interesting read if ever bored learning the science of the noose.
