"Sold Out" lol.

They do fly like field points, but I don't know after that. They don't go through deer like car hoods, that I know. Overall, I have my reservations.

Well gosh darn it I’ve got a 50” F250 hood that I’ve patterned for a good solid two years now. I almost had him last year but he slipped into a junkyard and I lost him cuz reasons. Guess I’ll have to keep looking.

My dad shot a deer with one two years ago out of his crossbow. Zipped right through and was stuck in the tree behind it. Deer went about 50 yards and tipped over. Blood trail was pretty weak for a 3 blade but it didn't go very far either so may not have been long enough to really start pumping blood out. He was on the ground also so no low exit. Worked fine out of the x bow but alot more speed then a compound.

It's their advertising.

I haven't seen a significant advantage in penetration from folks I know who tried them...who drive..yikes...Toyota trucks :tearsofjoy:

I haven't hunted with them but for me they fly with my field tips out to 40 yards then start to drop off. By 60 they were about 5" lower then my field tips. They grouped well but are louder then other broadheads i shoot and I guess the design bucks the wind, makes them loud and creates drag. I do plan on shooting a deer with one next season and I'm sure they are fine for normal hunting distances.

I shoot the 100gr
They are extremely tough i used the wrong pin and shot the angle iron on my picnic table. 70# at 60yrds
I also shot 3 bucks with them this year .

One double lung, very unimpressive blood trail but completely destroyed the lungs

One in the scapula at 15 yards 70# stopped the arrow in its tracks (non lethal)

One gut shot , blood wasn't impressive but thats to be expected. Deer was recovered

All 3 on film ill be posting on you tube when I finish editing

I tried them in hopes of replacing the ol slick trick standards last season. I shot two deer with them, both double lungs. One doe at 5 yds. She ran about 100yds. The other was a buck at 17yds. He ran about 70yds. Both had awful blood trails. The buck was so hard to follow I found a shed lol. Those are the negative points.

The positive is that they are much more quiet than the vented slick tricks. They are tough as can possibly be. They are easy to sharpen (but not a great angle). And finally, they are very accurate.

In conclusion, my search continues.

Shot a meat buck tonight with them. The result was devastating, but my shot placement helped:

Buck was at 17 yards, hard quartering away shot. Full pass through, went right above the heart and out of the chest. Entry was a bloodbath leaving a 60yrd red carpet. Exit was as expected with a small diameter broadhead. Ray Charles could track this deer.

I’ll definitely be using these heads for the foreseeable future.
