Anyone Handgun Hunting from a Saddle?

Going to be putting my FF III on the New Model Blackhawk I posted earlier. Any initial bore sight issues I should be aware of when first mounting the FF? I have a magnetic bore sighter that's always worked well for me, just match up the dots at about 10 yards and that typically gets me on paper. What do you guys recommend?

I found one heck of a deal on a R.I.A. Pro Match Tact Ultra 6" HC, in 10mm. I purchased a base plate from EGW and a Holosun red dot sight, then had a local gun smith install them. I gotta do some reloading, then I'll be headed out to the range to see how she shoots. :cool:

Love it! A longslide 10mm is on the bucket list for sure, with a RDS like yours. Buddy of mine had a G20 with an aftermarket 6" top end and RDS... centerpunched a jackrabbit at 45 yards with that gun. I was hooked.
 
Remember the first Terminator when he raids the gun shop for weaponry? "45 caliber long slide with laser sights." in Arnold Schwarzenegger's thick Austrian accent.
