Every time there’s a new product there’s people spazzing out about the delivery dates on here lol.

Because companies continue to fail to deliver on schedule.

Arsenal was getting a lot of attention “for doing it the right way”. And here we are yet again.

Will hunting seasons be impacted by a few day delay or a week? Probably not.

But maybe someone bought one as a gift and wanted to actually give the gift rather than a card with a printed picture of a gift, and now has to pay to ship the gift to the recipient because the gift wasn’t in hand during a visit from out of town.

People have a right to be ticked off. I get it, even if I sometimes consider the other argument too. Individual scenarios are different.

I think the way Arsenal set up consumer expectation for shipping estimates deserves more criticism than other cases, even if they are just a few days late.
 
I saw someone post on FB that most are shipping today.

I'm only upset because it had the estimated shipping August 15th or sooner on the site. Upset isn't really the right word either. I'd be more upset if I prepaid 7 months ago and was still waiting or just getting them. Stuff happens and dates don't always align. I wish manufactures would list better ship dates though. If arsenal came out and said they'd ship out 9/1 and they shipped this week or next, everyone would be applauding them.
 
I ordered mine before they started charging for shipping so should be one of the first orders….lol
 
I wasn’t a first order, I ordered 8/3 so honestly not too negative on it yet, mostly having fun about new company struggles. I do want to be in the first batch, and worry about having to wait for their next order to arrive. Also don’t want it arriving while I’m on vacation and sitting on my porch all week.

Those of you whose platforms shipped, did you spam their customer service?

I ordered on the second day of there website being up.
 
I just got a shipping notification and I didn't order until Aug 7th. Must not have sold too many based on that.
Could be they’re faster at creating shipping labels than they are at boxing and getting out the door. I’ll wait to see mine received by UPS and start moving.
