Best packing platform

The predator has a slight edge on packability but the EDP is not much thicker and it has a definite advantage in adhering to the tree as well as foot positioning options. I didn't think anything would replace the Predator in my arsenal after using it exclusively the two previous years but you'd have a hard time getting me to give up my EDP after using it this season.

How do you find the traction on one vs the other?

EDP wins that category hands down. Not that I had any issues with the Predator but the EDP just offers more foot placement versatility and has raised protrusions on the platform surface for boot gripping.

Wouldn’t it be the OOAL Solo Scout?

-“Lowest profile, weight, ease of transporting in small pack.”-

Though, I think there are pretty good packing solutions for most of the platforms out there.
Oops, forgot the scout. I have both the angled and flat OOAL Scout. Definitely the smallest packing, lightest platforms I know of. Issue for me is they're just a bit to small (i.e. close to the tree) be usable if you ever need to stand up and take the weight off your tether for any reason.
