@bj139 Yeah, I hear that. I guess if I’m gonna try the RCH method anyway I could try the harness alone first. Nothing is lost from that point if I choose to add a belt/Sit Drag later... or just upgrade to a manufactured saddle once I learn the system.

Looks like you have a chest harness with that RCH in the picture?

The chest harness keeps me more vertical when climbing SRT. I think my body has adapted to being more vertical without it. Here is what I started with.

I later eliminated the RCH and used a work belt with a sit drag.
