Hello, I just wanted to ask if anyone has any information on Bullman Outfitters - specifically if they are still operating? I have left messages on their message service and through their 'Contact Me' page on their website and not heard anything back
Does anyone know if they are still up and running or if they are on vacation or something?

Did you mean "Bullman Outdoors"? They specialize in saddle hunting gear, mostly climbing steps and ring of steps type products. I haven't dealt with them but it does appear that @NATHAN has purchased from them recently.

What did you do today that’s related to saddle hunting?

Is it me or does it look like @Weldabeast is out here shooting animals with a Star Wars blaster?

Bullman Outdoors is very much still operating. The owner created a profile recently to address a bad batch of steps and did a recall on them immediately rather than waiting for people to start breaking them.
He and his family do seem to travel a lot though. Have you tried contacting him through his Facebook messenger? He seems to respond to that fairly quickly

I bought the Platform ring of steps. No regrets. I tried them on a very large tree near ground level. I called them because I wanted to use a card but they only do paypal and something else. Got them within a few days, and think they are going to be my favorite.

I have tried to reach out by both the email and “contact us page” and nothing.

I am seriously considering contacting my credit card company at this point.

I personally would chill and wait… you are hitting peak season for saddle gear and hunting. Most smaller companies will have a turnaround anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks when you wait this late in the game… just speaking from personal experience

I have ordered from him 3 times. Always got good service.
Please remember that he has a small company and with kids and such, things in life do happen.

I get that. Just looking for communication. There is no mention on any of his socials or website regarding delayed response and/or shipping times

Another small (one person) company responded immediately to a question I had and shipped within 24 hours.

Communication is key for any small business and I would say essential for a smaller business.
