Bullman Silent Approach ROS Platform & Apex Steps

Bullman has a new ring of steps out. They have one version called the Platform and one called the Apex. I was wondering if anyone has used them yet and, if so, what do you think? They're fairly affordable and look like they're better than the previous versions of their ROSs. They're a lot wider than normal. A ratchet still tightens them to the tree.

I ordered some and waiting for them to arrive. Not many have them yet so there isn't much for reviews. I assume they will be coming soon.

They caught my eye, but I don’t think they’ll be nearly as small of a package as my squirrel steps, but maybe more real estate could be worth it?

Did not get here, tracking now shows Monday delivery. I’m out of town for work Monday-Wednesday so will be later in the week before I can check them out.

I got two APEX steps other day. I don't know what it is, but I cannot get them to not want to flip over when I step on them. I've tried introducing a little slack in the strap and I've tried making the strap tight. I am stepping on them correctly, with my foot parallel to the tree. I've watched the videos and have tried everything. I will keep fiddling with them. I wanted to use one or two at the base of the tree before I used my sticks. I think I will just use my squirrel steps.

Yall think I can get 4 platform steps and run them on my Predator Platform strap?
I don't think you will be satisfied with this arrangement. First of all, it will place your steps above the level of your platform and, second, they probably won't be as tight to the tree as you might like. I'd go with a separate ratchet strap for best stability. Once you have your platform hung, and prior to camming it into place, position your step ratchet strap and cinch down, then cam your platform into place.

Idk if the OP know@ the specs but the Apex are only 3.5" out from the tree and 2.5" wide, and 3" tall.

I hadn't thought about the steps being on a different level. Thanks for bringing it up.
