Cheap source of .75" square tubing?

Have you checked mcmaster carr? I don't know what their shipping rates are but I'd guess cheaper than that. That's who I use at work but because the company has an account i get free shipping and long as you order before 5 pm it'll be here the next morning.

Has anyone kicked around the thought of aluminum extrusion? Made them adjustable or break down?
