I'll go in with them about 330 just before they close.so can keep it froze good all day and ice packs will help keep froze while in shipment

Well after delay due to working like a dog and weather 6 coolers hit the post office. This evening. I didnt pay attention who got what I just went to stuffing and then labeled coolers and lettem ride. Squirrel I did pack yours specifically for appreciation of what you give us here but as the others yall get a surprise cuz idk who.got what

Cooler could contain cold smoked pork chops, sausage, home cured country ham, bbq sauce, cold smoked cheese or cured ham hocks for cooking. I've made it all, shot and stuck and gutted the hogs also worked the hogs up, then vacuum sealed it all and cured the ham. Also the cheese could possibly be from milk from my dairy farm. I cant get you boys any more farm to table other than this unless you just be my neighbor. God bless all of you and thanks for being a friend on SH. Thank you too squirrel for SH.

Here is a lil clip of how I bleed the hogs when I stickem incase some of you arent familiar with it. Been a way of life for me since i.was old enough to hold a knife. Many know nothing about how this works

Well it makes me feel less bad about having to do that to a doe this year. I agree people are way too disconnected from their meat.
