Anyone have issues with adhesion?

I have them on bohning wraps, some are fine and then some lose 1 after a couple shots. Seems random and I’m not sure if I’m getting contact anywhere because if I am, accuracy isn’t showing it.

I used the ez fletch on bareshafts and haven’t had a problem. Shooting through a whisker biscuit too with the heavy helical.

What jig yah using?

I used a priming pen first and Bob Smith Maxi-cure glue and have not had any issues with them on TAC wraps. I know they say you don't need to prime them first but I have always done it this way, adds about 10 seconds and super easy.
I am using an Arizona easy fletch with max helical

I’m using bitz, use primer pen and the blue loctite super glue that they suggest..

Yep. Emailed them and got no reply. Then tried primer pen and seemed to work better. Overall, I like their performance.

You may want to try the Maxi-Cure glue, they sell it on their site but you can get the Bob Smith Maxi-Cure where ever, DCA just rebrand it but it's the same stuff. I would also double check your Bitz setup with a setup arrow or one you don't care about to make sure your making good contact with the shaft

Yeah maybe I’ll have to mess with helical.. that or I go back to AAE max or Q2i

I would make sure you have good contact all the way through with the bitz. It’s a good jig but the metal and manufacturing is not super high tolerances.
