I thought we had a company and product reviews section but I couldn’t find it in the list of choices for posting a new thread.
Hey just wanted to share a concern with Rockywoods. Bought G hooks literally over a month and a half ago. The website said they were IN STOCK at the time of Purchase. Emailed them after a week and asked why the items haven’t shipped and if they had a tracking Number.
NO response. A week after my email I send another email asking if they got my email asking for status.
They said oops we missed your email we are out of stock.
I respond again and ask for a third time when they expect to ship. No response, five days later I send another email and they respond sorry we don‘t know when it will be in stock.
5 weeks after my order I check in again, asking for any idea when they will have stock on the order I placed. No response. 5 days later I email again asking if they got my email.
Really disappointed in their customer service. I get it’s just an order for G hooks and I totally expect customer service to take longer in getting back to people but I don’t get warm and fuzzies that this is a well run shop that values their customers. Weeks ago when I had to ask for the third consecutive time what their eta was for when they would have my order in stock I mentioned I was disappointed in their customer service in their next email they didn’t even say anything about it, just said we don’t know when we will process your order.
