Sorry for the delay. I got the pouches done and will post a few pics in a bit.
 
Are you're adjusters plastic or steel? Just curious how they will hold up, hopefully they do, I used 2" heavy duty plastic adjusters from an old treestand harness and they're "massive" compared to the 1" adjusters. If they hold up good let me know because I feel like cutting mine off and using smaller ones.

My 1" adjusters are working fine. No complaints here.

Why don't you make it, so the leg portion comes down lower, this should give move support if sitting. Looks great btw
 
I really need to try this now i have a better sewing machine, one question I have is do you sew the panels folded from the inside first then turn to the correct way or just pin and stitch from outside up, regards wayne.
