DIY Lone Wolf Seat Platform

I’ve seen several posts listing some of the ways that guys have modded LW Alpha/Assault seats into platforms. While I know there are other ways to go and some prefer those over the LW seat, I think this is where I am going to start.

I was hoping for some more pics/details on how you have set up these platforms. Feel free to PM instead if need be.

I thought I had one of these spare seats located but the guy was on another forum and won’t PM me back. If you have one for sale let me know!

Yes that is definitely going to be it for me. I’m building some EWO sticks and I’ll just have to add some stuff to the list to do this.

VERY nice! I'm copying! Why did you decide to cut the platform? Because the cam cleat didnt fit in the circle that the versa button usually go to? How is the side pressure? How long is post?

It would have fit okay, but the clam-cleat wouldn’t be accessible with the seat folded up - meaning you’d have to climb with the seat folded down/in the way.

Step to step is ~20” and I left the post at 22” in case I wanted to stretch it out a bit later on.

It does well with side pressure, not as good as my predator, but more than enough to shoot all the way around the tree. I’m also going to try to cam it down using the tabs on the seat and an adjustable amsteel “whoopsie-daisy” chain, just haven’t gotten around to it.
