Metolious Safe Tech - I've seen conflicting information whether the gear loops are fall rated or just heavier duty than the average harness. Do your own research but I wouldn't recommend it.

I just recently got one and all of the gear loops I believe are rated to 10kn. That harness is significantly built and wears well but is a not as easily adjusted as other RCH's.
 
Thanks for the replies. I found a few that seem to fit the bill including the XBEN and Kissloves harnesses. I will be trying them out and get back with thoughts on them.
 
Please remember the gear loops are only gear loops not in no way life supports, some are real weak. It's you life hooked up.
 
Depending on which harness you have, you can make your own...

 
my RCH has slits that allowed me to slip my rope and carabiner behind the leg strand and around the waste belt. I have used mine as a linemans belt from day one and it has worked well.
