About the time I decided to order my climb paws I ran into a post where someone was saying how lack luster the customer service is. Well Im here to tell you its not BS. IF they decide to answer your email, its not in a timely fashion. I find it hard to believe they cant keep up with their current clients.
I ordered my top paws on the 13th of November and at the time didnt notice the backorder. I contacted them, a couple days later I got an email stating that yes they were back ordered but would be shipping much sooner than the projected 4 to 6 weeks. Here it is, Dec 20, my last email earlier this week never got an answer. I have screen shots showing it still processing if youd like to see them.
What I think is happening is this, they are getting as many orders as they can, then making an order when they feel like they cant push anyone off any longer. They certainly cant be making these and having a zero in turn around, if they were making them and not shipping them as fast as they can make them then they are even dumber business people than they have shown. You might ask why... if you only order what you have sold, you have no overhead or inventory that you gotta account for a tax time. See, I was born at night, it just wasnt last night.
At this point you could tell me they came out with a titanium stick system that would get you to 20ft and it weighs 1lb and costs $100, id never deal with them again. I work in Client Relations for a top 200 company in the US, we didnt get to be top 200 by blowing off our customers and promising things we cant deliver.
Now im still without a platform system, I waited 5 weeks and late season starts next week. In the market for some strap style api steps if anyone has some.
