I have a Dryad saddle, had a small spot in the webbing. Never thought much about it. Took it to the Florida Saddle Humter meet up. Some of the guys were concerned with the issue with the webbing. When I got back I contacted Dane at Dryad. He is sending a new belt and paying the return shipping for the old belt.
First class customer service.

He sure is- I sent him a question about my saddle, (which I bought almost 3 years ago,) & he answered me the next day.

I just ordered a Mutiny harness from him for my son who still uses a climber-but there's hope-he's been visiting us this last week, & while working from our home, he has come outside a time or two to watch me practice rappelling..."That's neat, Dad," he said, "I'm glad you're doing this safely-after all, you are no spring chicken anymore!":expressionless:

...so maybe the seed has been planted...
 
Dane is a great guy! Amazing customer service and always helpful. Highly recommend working with him and using Dryad gear.
