Hey guys new to saddle hunting. Got some private land I can hunt. Thinking about using some screw in steps. All I have experience with those Walmart ones and have been a booger to put in some of these Hardwoods!! Hoping someone had a good idea on a easier method then hand tightening!! Love to hear your experience thanks!

Get a treehopper drill and bolts. Easier, cheaper once you have the drill, better-packing.

You can make a cheater bar for screw in steps or buy one relatively cheap. Muddy made one and there's a couple others. I think the muddy one was the smallest and the cheapest.
