EWO one stick upgrades or silencing

I'm new here and got a EWO one stick
What are you guys doing to silence it up or make it a tad bit more sound friendly

What is making noise? I never had a problem with it making any noise.

I started by going with the new EWO cam cleat, its a little quieter than the harken style. I also stealth stripped the post. No plans to do anything else.

I installed a wire tie/ tie wrap around the post between the pivots on the cam cleat on my stick and it made it almost totally silent.

Wrapped the stick in camo vet tape. Paracord cobra weave on the platform

I am waiting patiently for that one to come available again

Personally, I didn’t like the EWO cleat as good as the harken. The harken just seems like it’ll hold better, imo. It’s proven. I swapped the EWO cleat back to the harken on mine. I can remove the rope out of the harken and not make a sound.

Only way to make it quieter is practice. It’s the perfect one stick imo.

I actually twisted my vet wrap when I was wrapping the stick and made a pass through the cam cleat with it. A hair tie works just as well.
