First Lite UV Glow

The UV Killer didn't work. Now that it's dry the glow is back like I never even applied it. However, I was rushing to see if it worked when I applied yesterday and I "skimmed" the directions, I didn't "read" them. When I read Red Beard's post I had to double check the bottle. I applied while the garment was clean, but not dry. My coat is in the washer currently and I'm going to apply the UV Killer while the garment is still damp, like the instructions say. However, I'm not optimistic based on how poorly the product worked the first time.
