I ordered 7/22 and sent him a follow up email on 8/2 to check status and he got back to me the next morning:

We try to keep it under 14 business days, usually around 10, but we had a huge surge in orders all in a 2 day period that has kind of stalled us on the one time period but we will do our best to get it out in that 14 day time period. Thank you for your patients.
 
I was close to putting my newer TX5 up for sale, thinking this would be "the saddle" - glad I did not.
Hopefully the delay is a good thing in the sense that a bunch of people are really happy with it. I hope - lol
 
Still no word, anyone else? Sent off a note from their contact info but guess maybe their flooded with emails.

Not yet. Agreed, hoping this means he’s taking his time with each saddle instead of just rushing through them.
 
It's that time of year! I know he's got a bunch of orders and he is not one to sacrifice quality just to get orders out. I have the Solitude ordered right when he started. Great quality and it shows. Now that he has some great reviews and has his saddles tested and certified and it happens to be so close to hunting season, its a busy time for the Flatbranch Outdoors team.

I ordered July 26th and called them yesterday. They promptly replied via text message with an update. They were flooded with orders after the New York saddle hunter video. They said mine would be made in the next two weeks. I’m not in a big hurry so works for me.

Mine is supposed to be here Friday the 10th. Oh yeah the day before opening day and guess what, I’ve never sat in a saddle in my life. So opening day is pretty well screwed and I spoke with the owner on the phone and he said I’d have it in a couple weeks. That was a month ago. Hopefully it will be awesome, if not I totally screwed up going with flatbranch
 
Guys I am impressed. My saddle came in today and I am just impressed!

I ordered this saddle because the XC fits my body type the best of the ones I’ve tried and this saddle looked like an XC on PED’s at first glance.

And that is basically what it feels like.

The quality is amazing - it feels extremely durable.

The saddle is deceivingly light. It feels essentially the same as the XC.

The panels really expand out providing noticeably more coverage than the xc.

Walking around my house, it walks the same as the XC.

The LB loops pointing outward is a really cool detail.

I had him throw on a loop to rappel with an atc/8 on the lower right side of the saddle.

The buckles do not feel heavy or cumbersome at all. The leg straps are extra long so I will likely chop them down a bit.

I cant wait to sit in this thing more but I don’t see why I wouldn’t hunt from this saddle this year over the other ones I have tried.

I am really pumped on this saddle. It was easily worth the wait!
